Return and exchange policy: 1 - All returns, exchanges, and maintenance require the original invoice. 2 - The customer has the right to refund within 7 days from the date of purchase provided the items are not delivered. 3 - The customer has the right to exchange purchased items within 14 days from the date of purchase provided the items are not delivered, except for special orders. 4 - The customer cannot return or exchange bed sheets, pillow covers, mattresses, accessories, and carpets. 5 - Exchanged or refunded items do not receive additional days from the original invoice date. 6 - The full invoice amount must be paid within 7 days from the date of purchase. If this period is exceeded, the invoice will be canceled and the amount transferred to the customer's wallet balance. 7 - For special orders, the customer must pay at least 50% as an initial deposit, and if the order arrives before the date specified in the invoice, the remaining amount must be paid within 14 days. If this period is exceeded, the invoice will be canceled, and the customer has the right to cancel the order if product delivery is delayed beyond the period stated in the invoice, and they are not entitled to additional compensation. 8 - Returns or exchanges are not accepted for pre-ordered products or special orders after 14 days from the order date. 9 - The refund period for the invoice amount is from 7 to 14 working days from the date of submitting the cancellation request, provided the product has not been received and in accordance with the company's return policy. 10 - Products purchased through Mzad online or outlet, and Caraj Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. 11 - If an incorrect price, stock availability, size, description, or image is listed on the product, the Raqeeb Furniture Company has the right to refuse or cancel any order purchased or submitted for this product. 12 - Products provided by third parties such as Lowha, in-house backcomfort, Nice cannot be returned or exchanged. 13 - The company has the full right to cancel the order in case of technical error, and the customer is not entitled to compensation.
Warranty and after-sales services: The company offers free maintenance (excluding overuse) determined by our specialist for all purchases according to the manufacturer’s warranty rules. The company offers a price guarantee policy for all purchases within the first 14 days of purchase by refunding the difference. The customer must present all supporting documents. Note: The policy does not include direct purchases from suppliers or distributors. During promotional offers, the company provides discounts in the form of credit for invoices issued within the last 14 days. If not met, the customer has the right to refund the invoice without additional compensation. Products purchased from auctions are not covered by the warranty. Outdoor living sets are guaranteed for one (1) year from the original purchase date.
Maintenance request: If the customer requests furniture pickup and sends it for maintenance, there is an initial fee of 150 SAR, up to 500 depending on the location, paid in advance for pickup services. A link will be sent to the customer to make the payment and request maintenance.
Accessories: No warranty is provided on accessories.
